There is a registration fee of $75 for two meals – a plated breakfast and a plated lunch – as well as registration materials – nametags, place settings, etc. For non-Paragon clients, the cost for a guest is $999. However, we will allow you to come as being in our network, we will waive the fee and you can attend for just the $75 registration fee!
Also, don’t forget to remind us that you are part of the Kentucky Dental Association and are attending as Mary’s guest to get the registration fee of $75 instead of $999. That’s our gift to you.
