Course Description: This year’s Medicaid Forum, led by Kentucky Dental Association Executive Director Dr. Stephen W. Robertson and KDA lobbyist Libby Milligan of McCarthy Strategic Solutions, will provide an update on recent developments impacting Kentucky Medicaid and dental providers across the Commonwealth. The session will cover key legislative and budget actions from the 2026 General Assembly, Medicaid reimbursement initiatives, managed care updates, and ongoing discussions surrounding the future of Kentucky’s Medicaid dental program.

Panelists will also discuss the current Medicaid landscape, provider priorities, and opportunities for providers to engage in the policymaking process. Key Medicaid stakeholders and industry leaders will join the panel to provide insight and answer attendee questions.
