Course Description: It’s been a busy year for the Kentucky Board of Dentistry. For starters, a major update to KRS 313, otherwise known as the Dental Practice Act, was signed into law during the 2026 legislative session. A flurry of proposed rule changes has also been filed in recent months, with more on the way. What does all of this mean for you and your dental team? The Board’s president and executive director will be on hand to make sense of the evolving regulatory landscape and update the dental community on what to expect from the board, now and in the future. This will be a Q&A forum, so come ready with your burning questions.
