This forum, led by Kentucky Dental Association Executive Director, Dr. Stephen W. Robertson and Primary Kentucky Dental Association Lobbyist from McCarthy Strategic Partners, Libby Milligan, will feature an explanation of the administrative, organizational and oversight changes of the Kentucky Medicaid Dental Program enacted by the 2025 Kentucky State Legislature. Additionally, there will be a discussion about the current state of the Dental Medicaid program and the Association’s plans for the upcoming 2026 budget session in Frankfort and the role all providers can play in this process.

Dr. Garth Bobrowski, dental representative on the Kentucky State Advisory Council for Medical Assistance (MAC), Dr. Jerry Caudill, of Avesis and Dr. Adam Rich, of United Healthcare, will also be on the featured panel to answer your questions.
